We invite families to come in person — see the home, meet the team, ask anything. Tea and biscuits provided.

Visits typically take about an hour and are entirely no-pressure. We don't do hard sells or rushed tours. Most families spend longer because they end up chatting, looking around, sometimes joining residents for a cup of tea in the lounge.
